I am hoping some of you wouldn’t mind sharing some wing recipes, probably a lemon pepper recipe and then a spicy recipe that is a go to when you are making them.

I am going up to the mountains this weekend and I would like to prep them today or tomorrow for BBQing Sunday. The cabin I rented has a gas grill so I would like to grill them rather than say bake them in the oven.

Thanks in advance.

Doesn’t get much better than @was thatguy As good as it gets. I usually just do lemon pepper on a Traeger for my wife. Pull mine off and soak in Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing sauce and char on the grill. Very simple and only a couple of ingredients

I usually dry rub and smoke wings then I mix a little bbq sauce with water and paint a thin layer on at the end to carmelize. I hate wings dripping with sauce or soggy. I’ve also been doing a Japanese bbq sauce marinade and grilling them. I wish I had a good lemon pepper recipe.

Costco party wings they come in a 6 pack. Been eating them a few times a week since WTG thread. Preseason then airfry them and toss them in Frank's wing sauce before eating.

I use to order them at are Echo bar half hot and half BBQ. Greg the cook would toss them in the sauce then fry them up well done for me. Have not tried making the half BBQ and half spicy yet. Maybe tonight.

Ingredients: Chicken Wings, Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo Sauce, Zip loc bag

Put chicken wings and half the bottle of sauce in zip lock and allow it to marinate (overnight or for a couple hours).

Grill the wings, discard the ziplock bag and sauce (don't reuse it for safety reasons).

After the wings come off, toss with remainder of bottle of sauce and put on serving tray.

Serve with the carrots and a ranch or blue cheese if you want. The other good sauce to have with it on the side is Stubb's BBQ sauce, its a nice combo.

While talking about wings, what is your guy’s go to ranch while eating wings at home?

If you come across one please share.

Best I've done have been in the airfryer. Sprinkle some baking powder on them to crisp them up.

Wings are over rated
Legs are so much better and way less expensive and less fat and more meat
Cook on grill with seasonings or not
Put in bowl with sweet baby rays and franks hot sauce and mix
Doesn't get any EZier than that

Any of the Tyson brand frozen wings on the Traeger are pretty damn good. Cook them just like "oven directions", they end up way better than oven cooked. Did them once for a little league party out our house and told everybody I made them from scratch. Nobody believed me once I started laughing when trying to make up the recipe. Had to show them the bags in the trash. Hahahaha

Costco has a ranch powder seasoning. GF mixed some up with plain yogurt. Pretty damn good. I prefer no ranch but tried it.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned Stater Bros seasoned wings. Their lemon pepper wings are legit

we've been buying these wings from Costco for some time now... they're great..... we heat them in the little air fryer........ I like to just do a quick dip of each in the sauce that comes with the wings, and then dip them in ranch.....!

awesome!

We just noticed they now have Chipotle BBQ flavored style... we are still to try to these out.......

I can't say enough good about using the air fryer to heat these.........! they come out nice and cripsy...

if you've used microwaves to heat foods like this before, you already know that chicken comes out kind

of mushy-soft and basically not as good.......
