Custom Umbrella?

Hey everyone, this is a strange one but looking for recommendations. Looking to see if anyone makes custom umbrella's? my goal is to have something made that mimics my ski pole (see attached) with out the cross bar supports, that can slip and bolt into the ski pole bracket on the floor (see attached).. The picture in my head would have the umbrella base (pole) powder coated blue and the material scheme up top to match my seats. I need to measure the inner diameter of my current ski pole and the height but seeing if anyone out there even does this? I know I should just get a Bimini top made but my wife and I just want something easy to take down and throw up when were floating down the river. Appreciate the help in advance!

Not sure how elaborate you want to get.... But for under 200 bucks you can get an anchor shade umbrella. easy up and down and doesn't break the bank....

I got one as well for similar reasons... No special brackets/poles etc etc.... just quick shade and breaks down just as fast...

Thanks for the responses guys, those look like cool, but im trying to do a "custom touch" if at all possible! hoping someone can make what im looking for in SoCal

"Been There Done That". Years ago my wife wanted me to make something for one of our old boats so she could have some shade at the back of the boat when floating down the river or on the lake. I made this part that works perfect for a beach umbrella that you can use on the boat. Simply remove one of the cup holders, put in the new part / umbrella holder, put in the umbrella done.

"This part is yours if you want it". It can easily be modified to fit the top of your ski pole. If you need a bigger patio style umbrella just bore to size. Worse case scenario, these are a few ideas for you to kick around...

My chicks dad just mounted one on the swimstep of his Hallett. I was hanging under it at the upper sandbar in Parker on Saturday.

I said multiple times "one of the best boating ideas ever".

Bimini's are cool if you're sitting in your boat, but a little shade from an umbrella, while standing in the water at the sandbar was awesome! :thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup

I've been asking a few people for pics to post her, but I can't seem to find any. I never bring my phone on the water, because that's the last thing I want to look at!
