The question that needs to be asked is
WHY DOES THAT NUROLOGIST STILL HAVE A LICENSE?
That had to be a bad scan or hookup by the tech, either case the doctor is liable. He FU***D UP!!!!!!!You have to wonder how many others weren't so "lucky"
