Fabricated intercooler intake set up

Anyone have any ideas who built these intercooler housings? I have some ideas but I figured I'd check here for the possible easy answer. They are welded/fabricated, not machined out of billet

not those specifically, but it looks like Hogan can do it. I know a few guys who have used the for custom fabricated intakes and they all speak highly of them and their work is absolutely gorgeus.

Damn those crank driven PC’s are rad, but what boat is that any idea? As those crank housing with the gear box are like 2’ long alone that I’ve seen.
