I guess if it goes low enough. With buying at today’s prices plus permits and the cost of construction, to do something different it would be hard to make numbers work in Parker…I would guess. So what do you have, a bar and rv spaces, its not La Jolla.

Last time I was at Parker we couldn't park the boat, all full. Went to roadrunner, plenty of parking, it did fill up shortly after.
