These are on sale at Depot for $138.00 and most utilities will reimburse you a minimum of 150.00 to install them. The process was simple for us in bullhead and our kid in Peoria.

I have the Rachio controllers. Set them once and you’re done. Ties into NWS for temp, humidity and rain and adjusts accordingly.
My water suppliers paid for them out of the extra money they are charging me.

We got the bhyve a few years back and made it extra $20 from the rebate. Father in-law just installed the one we got him a few years ago, he didn't realize how easy it was to use.

This is the unit I have at home also.

I also picked up some of these smart hose timers, tied into some drip line, that waters the stuff on my patios while i'm on vacation. I dont like the drip lines run when i'm home so I just typically hand water. But those smart hose timers worked great, integrate effortlessly into the app and run on battery so its crazy easy.

I also added a battery operated sprinkler timer to my pool back flow fill valve. I adjust it twice a year, summer for evaporation and winter for rain. Keeps the pool within 1/4” year round.

Where’d you find out that they’ll reimburse you? I’ve been running a Hyve for about 4 years now and must say i love it. If for anything the ability to run them from phone while adjusting heads in the grass or fixing lines the my idiot dogs love to chew for my trees. The app is so simple as well.
