Anyone ever had a front cap repainted on a motorhome? Any shop you can recommend in the inland empire area (Riverside, Corona, Norco)?

On my last motorhome I had a mobile guy do it and it turned out okay... I'd like to have it done at a shop this time around. Anyone have a ballpark of what this usually runs?

It's an American Coach Revolution, so it has a good sized front cap.

I had to have my rear cap and the top of my front cap repainted. I think i paid around $1500-1800. I can recommend someone but he is in Thousand Oaks- not sue if you want to drive that far. Let me know and I can send you his contact info.

I should have been more clear, I just need the top front cap done (above windshield & roof area). Sure shoot me the contact when you have a chance. Was thinking of having it done later this summer.

My entire unit was painted by oc rv repair. Looks factory to me other than the different colors the owner wanted.

When I worked for Fleetwood motorhome back when I was younger I painted lots of front and rear caps. you need to go to a Rv dealer that has a that does paint work and they will have a large enough paint booth. I know there are a few Rv body shops in the inland empire. I think there is one in Fontana area

J&L RV repair on Sultana Ave in Fontana are great. They did an excellent job repainting the front cap on my Voltage 5th wheel trailer. Very reasonable, fairly quick in my opinion. Joe is the owner, family business, they do other RV repair as well besides paint.

My boss just had his rear cap and mirrors painted at a place in Beaumont of Yucaipa I think. It ran him about $4k if i remember correctly. I can get some info when he gets back in the office mid week.

My sons shop hired a full time painter last year and I took my nephews car to him and it turned out great. I can send you pictures of the fleet they're responsible for and you can see the paint work he does. They're located in La Mirada and they're set up for big rig vehicles.

Send me a picture and I can have him give you a ball park price.

Wrapped ours. It was cheap and quick. Full front of the coach. Also American Revolution.

It's holding up OK after 18 months. Gator Wraps in LHC did the work. I think it was around $1000.

Took half a day.

My buddy had his front cap wrapped in the color to match the original paint. It looked great and has held up well. I think just a few hundred bucks.

@EmpirE231 Give Gibson at Precision Collision in Orange a call. He’s going to do the back corner of my new to me coach and his pricing is reasonable. He’s also did a friend’s front and rear cap.

I had him do my wife’s Yukon XL because of GM’s wonderfully thin paint on their dark colored vehicles. It took a little longer than anticipated and I’d say the quality is 8.5 out of 10. Her car has 150k on it so I don’t mind that it’s not perfect. From 2’ it looks great. It’s just little things up close if you know what you’re looking for.

We had Smooth As Glass in Riverbank repair and re gelcoat the cap on our new at the time 5th wheel, a few years back. Damaged from the manufacturer or dealer, Smooth as Glass did an awesome job rebuilding and recoating most of the caps lower center section. Still looks great! I’m hoping to take my 240 to him to clean a few things up here soon, as well.
