Guys w painted toe nails... WTF

I am at my son's track meet today. Sitting here in the bleachers and I catch a whiff of this smell. It takes me a minute to figure out what it is. Nail polish. I look over and this guy in his mid forties is painting his toes..... WTF.

I agree its fucking weird. But most guys that have painted tone nails I know are recovered drug or alcohol addicts. Don't get it but its just something they do. To each his own, if it helps in addiction I'm alright with it.

I can understand it if it means something for recovering addicts. This guy was talking to a friend like it was as normal as brushing his teeth. He was there to watch his daughter compete in the track meet.

I really don't think this guy was gay. Metrosexual, sure. Eccentric, definitely. My first thought was he made a bet with his daughter. He was talking to a lady and told her his nails "feel naked" without paint.

Might have been Chuck Liddell, who wants to step up and call him gay. Or maybe Dwayne Wade, NBA two time finals champion, or maybe Dean McDermott (Tori Spelling's husband), possibly Scott Speed from Formula One and NASCAR, Seal the singer/performer. While it's unusual and different there are a number of men that do it.

Every year we go to a pirate party, it's a good time, and everyone dresses up. I'll paint my toes black for the party. Not a big deal, I'm confident in my sexuality and could care less about what closed minded insecure people think. However, sometimes I'll keep them painted for a couple weeks after the party just to see the homophobes go sideways.

Honestly, I'd rather see a guy who takes pride in himself and the care of his feet than some of the disgusting yellow dead nail bear claws I've seen while boating, LOL.
