We are in the process of rigging this 26 Howard and the motor is a little too tall. Now we're trying to decide which route to go. Any feedback or photos of what you did would be greatly appreciated.

Option 1 is to cut a round hole so the flame arrestor sticks through.

Option 2 is a fiberglass pro-stock style scoop.

Option 3 is build a raised section on the hatch. This is probably my favorite options, but I'm worried we won't be able to find the vinyl.

A lot of money went into building and dyno tuning this combo, so I'm not crazy about changing anything. The spacer is actually a 4150 to 4500 adapter so I can run the dominator, however they do make one that is less than an inch thick that I'm going to buy.

Nice motor BTW

Dump that manifold and spacer. Get a manifold that's made for the Dominator. It will be nicer in the end.

here's mine, hides the motor well and gives it some nice space , its open in the rear center to the swim plat forum witha slot maybe 3 inches all and 10 wide to make sure the motor can breath
