Heater Not Working

Didn't want to hijack the other thread...and I don't know crap about HVAC.

I have a unit in the attic. Thermostat on the wall says "heat on" and it's not working...nothing at all. I flip over thermostat to AC and it works fine? I figure it needs professional help but thought that there may be an easy explanation or easy fix I could handle?

Safeties are doing their job. Get a tech out there from a company with good, legit reviews.
Look up reviews and if they don't read like a sex fantasy story in Penthouse and are simply positive then consider that service.

Do not call Goettel in Riverside Ca. area.
Those fuks left me hangin hi n dry and my unit was under warranty. Ended up repairing it myself w/some assistance/ support from @Riverbound here on the boards. He's a solid dude...
