I think this would be an excellent tool for someone that has been in their home for a while, has equity, and when the market is appreciating.

Not really accurate Dan. This home loan would benefit new and existing homeowners. ( 75% loan to value and 700 or better fico score) As well in up and DOWN markets. IN A DOWN MARKET, THIS COULD HELP THE HOMEOWNER stay in a positive equity position because most of the payment is principal not interest. There is no down side to paying off more principal Vrs interest. As the 5 minute movie says " its in your best interest NOT to pay interest? ! On a 500k loan the client will save over $200,000.00 in INTEREST on the term !
This ISN'T for everyone, BUT everyone should know of it. This is for the financially responsible person that wont juice the flexible available line of credit over the entire term. Nice to have the option if a investment opportunity arises, but it takes discipline when you have hundreds of thousands available with a stroke of a check.

love the objection I got yesterday..... "this will lower the amount of my interest tax credit...thats no good" Thats right, you will be paying WAY less interest and you will not have as large of a write off at tax time..GOOD! most have to pay three dollars in interest to receive the 1 dollar tax credit. Thats NOT a very good return;)

Rates on this today are at 3.5%

I dont get why the thread topic says NOW available as if this is something new? This has been around for many years. Have known people that do/did sell this product. DONT GET ME WRONG, this is a great program for someone that fully understands the program and has a financial sense to not use the home as a piggy bank.

yes....been available for years in other countries. Was "test marketed" here from 05-06. was just re-released a few months ago.

Sounds great......Let me know when they have a product that accepts finnancing when your LTV is - 75%...haha:skull:cool:

I would say this program really makes sence for conservative spenders that have a house they plan to keep until paid off:)

I hope one day to see the light at the end of a realestate purchase tunnel:bash:

OR someone that doesnt want to pay all the front loaded interest on their current mortgage ;) Why pay more then you have too?????

this programs deserves a bump ! For those that have atleast 25% equity, should LOOK at this program!

Does this have a fixed interest rate or variable rate??
