We are looking for a table with a couple deep drawers. A table the kids can sit at and play with their Legos. But also has drawers to keep them in. Maybe a 3'x3' table? Or about the size of a card table? Drawers? Or some kind of storage built in? Anyone interested or has any ideas?

Any cabinet guy can build you one, but it's not going to be cheap. I could as well( built dozens for shrines hospital), but Costs plus shipping is the issue. If you can find some thing mass produced and/ or local it will be way cheaper.

I was just looking into Lego storage. Let me know what you find. At this point it is looking like plastic shoe boxes and racks.

I used to keep legos in a yuuuuge tackle box. Easier to keep em sorted out.

Just needs to be taller. Like a regular table.

Zach......I build and refinish a lot of furniture. A simple alternative would be to find a used table in a antiques or second hand store and add drawers underneath. Pretty simple to do and inexpensive.

If you want to PM what exactly you'd like, I can be on the lookout as I scavenge stuff constantly. We're a couple hundred miles apart, but could figure the logistics out if something comes of it

A center opening table so that the legos all fall in as soon as you open it making clean up immediate and easy.

what about a drop leaf type table. Not sure if you are also looking to save some room.

Thats a good idea for a train table.

I hit a closing Sears and bought one of their display tables. Its about 4' in diameter and 2.5 feet high. Its made out of stainless and is pretty much indestructible. I think I paid $20 bucks for it. We got the kids a couple of cushions to sit on around it and use the plastic bins for the legos. That stupid table was one of the best things I ever bought. We have our Christmas tree on it right now.
