I always loved these hulls. She needs a ton of work but that's what projects are. Hoping for 1 year finish time. Well they're never really finishedGreat lines on that hull...
Wow, that's a heck of a restore there. That's so clean.Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is my before and after, I started as a cruiser to go to Marine Stadium in Long Beach with and things kind of got out of hand, I had a plan for a quick turn on her, let's just leave it at thatGood Luck with the resto, a huge upgrade on the jet hull is to extend those engine stringers and make a full stringer boat, huge
difference when you get into chop. Good Luck and look forward to seeing your updates!

Wow.. nice set up there, both of you. I'm sure I'll have questions and I'll definitely stalk your ideas to. Was wondering about interior, wanted a back bench and what i was thinking is the one closest to the camera in that water pic. Looks nice.My Buddy has one of these as well, super clean boat that I may have stole some ideas off ofIf you need any help or want to run some questions by us we have some hours logged into these Spectra's. We split mine in half and rebuilt everything in this hull.

Good info. I'll measure for a little lean in them. That's some handy wood working.both have a back bench and are the same dimensions, I measured his before I built mine. One thing I would do different is put a little lean in the back seat.

I have a set of wood carpeted short dolly for rear end and small one for up front you can use to put stringers in. The allow the boat to relax and sit about 4” off the ground. I put the stringers in my 75 spectra jet. Removed motor stringer box. They worked great allowing you to get in and out of the boat to work on.I'm looking at the pros and cons now.
Not many small cracks at all. I work in a rv bodyshop so I'll fix those up with the correct stuff and go ahead and gel coat them.looks to be in pretty good shape , are there many glass fractures?
