Last winter on a Glamis trip, my overhead light bar failed. The Switch Pro has a safety in which it detects an issue and it shuts down power and throws a code. (blinking light) I traced the wires back looking for a short, found nothing. Started isolating the light bar and found one of the 5 light pods is the issue. Pulled it apart on the power side (The back) found nothing that looks suspect. I was able to get the assembly apart and get one of these pods in my hands. I've no idea how to test one of these. I guess I'll come up with something later this week.

My guess is I have one of these pods out of five that has a short.

I'll try and call KC this week and see what I can learn.

Here is my question:
Does anyone have this style light? What is it called? Looks like an older flex era style light, but I can't find anything about these lights, nor can I find any replacement parts or trouble shooting guides. It seems a pretty impressive design. I'm guessing this is about a 2018-2019 era product. Anyone on here a KC ambassador or dealer?

Good news is I can get about 2/3rds of the light bar working.

KC Hilites recently moved to Flagstaff from Williams.
I'd contact them first.

Or just roll in Monday morning after 8:30. On Thompson across 66 from Home Depot.

Thanks, I plan to call this week. A bit of a drive from Montana. I was thinking it might be helpful when I call if I knew what model lights I have. I've not found a model number or name.

Took less than 24 hours for KC Highlights to get me on the phone with a product manager and trouble shoot my light bar. fantastic customer service. Opened a ticket with customer support Monday and the agent escalated my request to a product manager who called me this afternoon.

He gave me some good insight and an idea on how to potentially fix my issue.

My light bar is not a standard KC highlights product and it was assembled with parts that are no longer available. Still I was given some ideas how to repair the product and told if I want to replace it with new they would be willing to work with me and consider offer of a discount.

I'll try his suggestions and see what it yields, other wise I'll be throwing less light this winter.

It is a breath of fresh air to get good customer support. I'll be looking at KC for all my future lighting purchases.

Got the light bar 90% working. The outside pods of two lights required a different amperage than the inside pods of 5 lights. At some point, I'll run another circuit for the outside lights and see if I can get some yellow lenses for them.
