Brand new MMW XR drive. IMCO -2 Lower 1.5 ratio RH. Everything fully built from Max Machine. I'm going to make the switch to the SCX drive. I've run this on the boat for 3 hours while dialing in my EFI on my new engine with a 28P prop on my 25 Daytona. Hasn't seen over 4500 rpm. Includes drive shower and cav plate. If separated the cav plate goes with the lower. The shower stays with the upper.

Will sell the drive as complete upper and lower for $11000 or willing to separate
