If your house flooded, have your insurance company replace the entire floor. Once a laminate is gone, it's gone. No different than tile.

Joker, you are right......but i only need about 1-2 boxes to just "fill in" the damaged area plus i don't want to tear up my house again......so there's got to be a place with overstock for people like me........so im thinking anyways ? lol :D

We have Pergo from years back and no luck finding it anywhere. I know it sucks.

The challenge is not matching the brand means the machining of the joint may not match up. They may not "click" together. Floors need to be the same thickness, machining, etc.

We needed a couple more boxes when we decided to do the bedrooms in hardwood. We bought it from home depot and they had discontinued it. But we looked on home depot canada's website and they still stocked it. so we did a purchase and they did an internal store transfer, no shipping costs, etc. just a thought if u bought your original from home depot...

Any closets/hidden spaces have what you need and you can replace that with something close? This is more work than just accepting fate imo.

Once most laminate gets wet, the bonding deteriorates. I would recommend replacing the whole floor. Sorry about the flood.

Yes, the snap feature is the big issue. Flooring companies build in obsolescence so they can re-sell and entire home's floor even just a couple years down the road.

We have raided closets many times. Sucks they do this.

No luck Douglas, It was a Home Depot only product. Even if it wasn't discontinued, they still would not sell it to me.

Sorry bud!!
