Need a good urologist

My parents are down in Cabo for the weekend and my mom got a Kidney stone on Saturday. She went to the hospital (in cabo) and they gave her some pain meds but it is a large stone and wont pass. She is in alot of pain so they are flying back today instead of Wednesday. Does anyone know a good Urologist in the LA/OC area?

I've got to think Rich (Ritchey Rich here on RDP) will be your best bet for a reco. He's gone thru a ton of urology-type stuff.

Thanks guys. Her plain is at 2:30 so by the time she gets back and through customs it will be around 5. Hopefully I can help her find someone that will be open by the time she gets back. Otherwise she will be heading to the Hospital to sit and wait to get treated :grumble:

Andrew, i had my kidney removed last March and i checked every urologist in OC and every person said Dr Brian Norouzi was the hands best. i have to agree he was a great Dr.

Thanks Trevor. Since they are getting back after 5 PM, I believe she will go to St. Johns Hospital in Santa Monica. If she still needs a urologist by tomorrow, I will have her give Dr. Norouzi a call.
