I’m no gourmet cook, but I’ve made this chili a bunch of times and it comes out perfect. We use ground turkey.

I’ll usually make a double batch and make some small tweaks (extra meat, beans, canned tomatoes) but I always stick with the spice mixture recommended. Just the right amount of flavor and spice!

Saute one onion until translucent. Throw in 2 pounds of lean hamburger meat until cooked well. Throw a packet of chili seasoning. Throw a brick of Xlnt Chili Con Carne, add two 28 ounce cans of chili beans, one 28 oz. Can of red kidney beans [drained), add a large can of diced stewed tomatoes, a can of green chilis, throw in a crock pot for 2 hours on high. Serve with diced onions and shredded cheese.
