ATT always full of schnanigans.
Both our big screens you can no longer read the menu the lettering is so small.
I called and griped and she told me they are aware of the complaint.

On that Flex plan they thru in a Apple TV Box for $200 advance. The local channel programing is some sort of loop.Total mis rep,but they did accept the cancel after literally 2 hrs.The flex plan comes in WIFI,no dish necessary.Expect Apple to buy one of them out any minute,Direct or Dish, maybe Hughes or whoever else out in space :)

No wonder you guys are always bitching about the cost of TV. You do know they charge you for porn right?

Dish/Direct seems about the same.We also about year ago cancelled Direct after 20 years.Went with Dish, same crap, bill creeps up.Now have Apple TV and i will solve the local channels problem. My wife addicted to Jeapordy every night for years and I'm addicted to my wife.Dish will be gone from our roof.Convinced Apple will handle soon. The roof top dish is going to disappear.Just depends what you need to be entertained and want to spend. :)

thanks Sweeps

just basic cable channels like Discovery, History channel etc...

new favorite is Live Pd... these poor coppers gotta deal with idiots all day long

I like the fact you can shut service off when not at the house with Dish or Direct...

Yeah but then you’re boondocking you burn through your unlimited data real quick. Until unlimited data defaults back to UNLIMITED then we’re fucked

It'll eventually update and the lettering will be 10X smaller unless the complaints are putting a stop to it.

Not sure if I’m saving anything, I run Netflix, Hulu, and DirecTV NOW through an Apple TV. The DTV Now is $35 for +100 channels ( intro offer from the rollout last year that came with Apple TV). That’s about $100 with the cable modem, it’s slower than most of you, but that’s the only option here. During football season I turn on CBS for college football, Bama games and to binge watch all the series we don’t get elsewhere during the week. I still have the original ATT unlimited from the iPhone rollout that I pay way to much for and they threaten me often about slowing my data down, but never have so my phone and iPad will run anything the TV will everywhere and I use it.

I’ve heard that if you run a VPN they won’t slow your phone down once you cross the limit. I do every month but I also live out in BFE where they don’t have a lot of traffic on the network so who knows.
