Bad ass. Did you build this yourself or contract it out? Is the DensGlass installed directly to the framing, or over sheeting? I assume it's getting stucco finished?

I have room to build a 36x40-44' long shop adjacent to my current garage. I would be going through the design process now if material costs were not where they currently are. I don't need a shop that bad, although I want it bad! I'll wait for prices to come back to earth, or just eventually buy another property with the shop I want.

Contractor is doing the work. The Dens is over Sheathing, then a brown coat and finished with AkroFlex stucco. Turned out pretty good IMHO. Can’t wait to start finding a home for everything. Also has a 400 amp panel!!

Started one for a buddy of mine last week. Pouring the Floor this Friday. Should have it dried in by the end of September. Had to get creative on shape due to setbacks on his lot. He will be the only guy in a 2300 home subdivision with an RV Garage. He can't wait.
