I don’t seem to have any family interested
Any interest here
Great River / garage receiver - everything works perfectly. I would make it my back yard receiver but no bluetooth that the little woman wants. 😱

Just get a small RCA/Bluetooth receiver adapter and use it outside. Super easy and about $20.
Need to look into that. Hate giving away. It’s a great unit. Served me well.

I collect Onkyo equipment and have a couple of AV amps too.

As mentioned, you can use a BT adapter. I plan on doing the same for my daughters hobby room.

Good luck 🙂

Get a cheap echo dot, and connect the output of the echo to your receiver. Then you have Alexa voice control, plus you can use the Alexa app in your phone to stream Spotify, etc without the range limitations of Bluetooth

Have an Alexa and Sirius hooked up already. The little woman wants to play her phone list from the Bluetooth. Not sure if she has Spotify???

Is she streaming music through something like Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music, etc or does she have songs saved to her phone? If it's playing through a service, you just link it through the Alexa app to play it. I do that using Spotify, and whatever music I pick through the Spotify app on my phone goes through the echo to my receiver.

There's probably a way to do the same thing if the music is on her phone instead of streaming.

It's just a cheap option that works for me, and I don't need to worry about being within Bluetooth range with my phone

That's pretty cool. I had no idea those things had an audio output!

It's just a 3.5mm aux out and I bought a cable with 3.5mm on one end and RCAs on the other. Probably not the best sound quality, but it gets the job done. I figured this out a couple of years ago when I realized that a Bluetooth receiver didn't have enough range for where my home r3ceiver is and where my speakers are. With this setup, it doesn't use Bluetooth f9r the communication between my phone and the echo and range isn't an issue.

There are higher quality options, but this is a cheap one that works for me and the Alexa app isn't bad.
