Cheap and fun.... Cornish Pasty on West Monroe, across from the Hotel San Carlos. Get the scottish egg and the meatballs for an appetizer, and any of the Pastys for the main.. you will be stuffed.

The reason I love this place is nobody can special order anything. I despise special orderers! hahah

I really enjoy Majerle's sports bar in downtown if you are looking for something easy. Back when they did supercross at Chase field we would always do Majerles before we went to the stadium.

Went to "the arrogant butcher" nice atmosphere, descent food good drinks.

Arrogant Butcher, or Cornish Pasty. If you want a cash only bomb mexican food restaurant try Ritos 907 N 14th St, or carolinas on Mohave.

x3 on Arrogant Butcher. Phoenix central market cafe is pretty good too. Kind of hipsterish but the chili verde pot pie is awesome!

Richardson's and get the Red Chile Pork Stuffed Rellenos would be my 1st choice.
Papadeauxs would be my 2nd choice.
