.I’m on my annual trip to downtown LA to update my retirement plan and alway stop off at Philippe’s Beef Dip sandwiches.

$11 with tax.

I also tried the new on the menu Pastrami.
Nahhh, hard to top Langers.

No closed in 2018. Went there when I was a kid.

Went to Cliftons weekly in West Covina. I got to pic a toy out of their treasure chest if I ate all my food!

As far as Phillippe's, ya can't beat their beef dips, potato salad, the au juice, and of course their spicy mustard and yellow chilies.

Damn it, my mouth is watering now!

Talk about old restaurant, we just went to the Golden Steer in Vegas. Great food and old school.

Good stuff!! The East Side Deli up the street, by the stadium is still there too...

Lamb sandwich with roquefort cheese. where else can you get that?

And a Beef dip just because.

I always like the place because free parking.

Golden Steer is the bomb!!!!!!!!! Always eat there at least once when we go to NASCAR. Old school waiters, great service and the food is great. Steaks...yum.
