Hey guys...

My father had an issue with a guide block failing on the (bedroom) slide out on his Allegro bus causing the slide to shift and come out side ways and jamming. He thought others would need a fix as well vs buying the same bad design from Tiffin

Anyways so he looked for fix and made these blocks... They are made to go over the existing alum block that is screwed to the sub floor as the current plastic section only has plastic dowels that keeps the plastic guide in place on the aluminum block. If the dowels fail due to the sliding force they shear and that's when you have a problem, and they do fail. These are used before that happens (preventive maintenance)

Not sure all of the slide models that are used on, but his is a 12' Tiffin Allegro Bus and they are typically used on smaller slides outs.

$50 per set (2 pcs) aluminum block not included.... plus shipping.

This block ripped out so we had to make a new one and weld it to a plate so we could get undamaged sub floor to attached too.
