My opinion - Stock trailing arms with better radius rods and a double shear radius rod plate.

I’d just get a take off trailing arms in your color off eBay, or paint them black. They make gusset kits for the stock arms to stiffen them up, but the stock ones will bend a little in a hard wreck, with upgraded radius rods. Usually you can still get it home, and it won’t hurt anything more expensive to fix.

Put a straight edge on the bottom and inside of your trailing arms. You’ll know if they are bent instantly.

Rear camber or toe is not adjustable on a stock RZR rear suspension. The straight trailing arm is on the left. The one on the right is bent in 2 directions.

@dspracing makes a great set of radius rods for a great price. If I was buying them today, I would get them from him.

One of the questions I wanted to ask you.......my car has the 10mm radius rod bolts, any benefit for me to drill out the plates and carriers to the 12mm size?

No, the hubs are different too, so you get a snowball effect of oddities.

I would leave the 10mm as is and get a dual shear radius rod plate, like this.

I have a version made by Cognito, it was a little more money. This adds significant strength to the back of the car, above and beyond going with the 12mm bolts.

When I said carrier I meant hub.
My cage comes down and bolts on at the rods plate.
Just more wondering if there was any major strength difference before I order rods.

I gotcha.

Oh yea I forgot you have that style cage. The plate I mentioned is out then, but you still have some added strength.

I will have to see if much is different on the casting of the hub other than just the hole. Most of the problems happen at the inner radius rod plate area, not at the hub, as the bolt is fully captured in the hub itself.

From what I read there is more "meat" around the 12mm hub bolt vs the 10mm hub but sounded like noone has had any issue when drilled out. I could alway upgrade the rod plate holes to 12 and leave the hub alone. Easily enough done with Ryans rods since both ends are heims.🤷‍♂️

Indeed. If there is meat to do it, it should not be a problem. The rod lengths are unchanged. I haven’t had a 12mm and 10mm hub side by side to see the specific difference before.

Even if you left them as 10s... I don’t see it being too big of an issue. The problems seem to come if the bolts get loose and start wallering out the holes.
