I've been cooking salmon on a bbq for years. Cook it skin side down, flip and peel off skin, coat with butter and garlic salt. It's good but i'm ready for a new recipe. My wife and I were in Ojo Caliente in New Mexice s few weeks ago. I had their salmon and it was the best I ever ate. I asked about a recipe and that went no where.
If you have a keeper recipe, can you post up??
Thanks much.

I keep mine pretty simple with garlic, lemon pepper and some Bay seasoning. I cook skin down on bbq and don’t flip. Key is not to over cook. We eat it on average twice a week as both my wife and I love it. We like to pair it with grilled asparagus or an artichoke.

Being that its hot now I cook my fish outside in the smoker. I lay out some aluminum foil, put some red pepper olive oil down and then the fish on it and season with Old Bay and Garlic powder and then throw in the smoker for about 20 mins on 350DegF and then pull it off. Comes out delish and no smell or heat in the house. Sometimes I will throw some veggies on the alum foil as well and cook all together. Throw away the foil after and no dishes to do.
