Snap On tool question

The was a Snap On truck at the end of my street at an auto body shop Can the drivers sell out of the truck or do you have to be a "set up " customer? Have some combo wrenches I got from the pawn shop here...Would like to add to the missing sizes.

Just walk onto the truck. People do it all the time when the Snap-On truck is parked at my shop.

I had a ccouple of sockets I blew up with my impact gun, and I went to the Snap on guy who services the Benz dealer behind my office. Swapped them out, no questions asked and gave me a business card with his weekly schedule.

They'd be glad to have a cash customer go up in the truck. Most if not all of their sales to the Pro mechanic are done on a ticket account that they carry and not Snap-On.

I’ve never known a snap on guy to refuse a sale to anyone.
You’ll just have to pay cash or card without a pay account.

most of my wrenches and sockets are from the 80's and obsolete. if I lose a socket or wrench none of the tool trucks have any old shit that matches. eBay to the rescue! Incomplete sets sell for dirt cheap I just look for sets that have the size I need and then I wind up with extras for the next time something gets left in a customers boat.
all of my impacts were purchased lightly used off of eBay too at a great discount and you don't have to chase the truck down.
I get that they all need to make a living but so do I !
