Can someone lead me in the right direction to get the piece circled in this picture? I’m assuming Burgeron? Also what is the correct name for this tensioner/adjuster?

I’d bet the farm that this is a pic from my boat. That’s why I’m curious as to how you got it. I could be wrong, and there is a doppelgänger out there, however The cables are a teleflex/morse or Morse command 2 if memory serves correctly. They haven’t made those in many years. And as a matter of fact, those particular cables in that pic came out of Marc’s yellow 21 and I payed like a grand for them. My buddy John Cogan did the install on my boat.
