What is the approx cost to have a swingaway tongue added to your trailer? Trailer is an Extreme with a 27' Elim Daytona. Thanks

Boat weighs 4500lbs, I would assume dry. The trailer, Dunno, maybe 1000lbs.

If your gvr is less then 7500 then fulton makes a slick weld on swing tjat you could have installed for say 1500. If its more then that its going to be $$$$

Kinda trying to steer clear of what's in the first pic:rotflmao: The other two look pretty good. Did you do those? Can you do the same to mine for $25 and a twelver of MeisterBrau?

I paid $850. They have to take the boat off, cut brake and electrical etc. It was a really nice job, painted to match and you would never know it was done after teh fact.

I don't know if you keep the 27 in Havi or at home? But if your looking for a place in Havi, my dad got that done to his Extreme trailer last year. Tri-axle, low-pro, 25 daytona. Looks nice, saves alot of room during storage.
I can ask him where and the price, if your looking for Havi? Unfortanetly, I don't have a good pic of the tongue, I was just looking.:grumble:

I would bet Enduro did it. They are the only one's I'd let touch my trailer here in Havi.

I think it was Pat. I don't know what they charged to swing the tongue though, because the trailer was in there for fender repair,(hit the side of the storage unit.:grumble and the tongue was just added to the $$.

He said he didn't remember the cost for just the tongue, since the fender and rear step were damaged from hitting the side of the storage unit. It was just included in the total $$ Boat was there for 2 days though.

i have a brand new fulton swing kit if anyones interested. was going to put it on my trailer but it ended up fitting in my garage afterall. bolts in or you could always take it somewhere and have it welded afterwards.

You gotta watch Sal and price check him on everything. He does great work, but he will rattle of a bunch of things, say that's the way it has to be and quote you $5000.

I didn't call yet. With all the measurements I have taken I might have like 6" to spare. The boat might fit without having to do it but I wanted to be prepared if it came to that.:thumbsup

Trevor at Hampton Trailers did my triple a couple years ago. It was part of an overall upgrade so don't know the cost.
