Even though this place is around the corner from my house, I can count the times on one hand I've been there. Only went once on my own accord, every time after, it was because I was invited for one thing or another.

Its wierd that it sucked so bad, cause the one in Monrovia is awesome!

Well, looks like they fixed it. I was told the grand opening is tomorrow. It was packed yesterday when I drove by...

Hint: The sushi place across the street is AWESOME. SushiNi. Yum.

I live two blocks from T Phillips. Everytime I have ate there, I left disappointed. I hope they can turn it around but I think a lot of the problem is the owner doesn't give two shits about the place. Much improvement is needed and if they cant get it done, that is a prime location for another restaurant. Friscella's across the street is good!

Maaaaaaaan, I use to get hammered drunk there!
Back in the early 2000's it use to be good hunt'n grounds.
Then the dirty ass college kids got ahold of it and we all stopped going.

Let me know what the crowd looks like now days.

Crowd? There hasn't been a crowd there in years, just a few regulars hanging around the bar. It's dead.

Hopefully this will change soon.

We went there one night last year and they had an obnoxiously loud band inside. We went in and walked out. That was the last time I was there. They did have good steak fries.

If you want great shrimp tacos go to Don Baja in LaVerne in the Vons shopping center.

I used to frequent there when I lived close. I'd rather go town to The Cont for a better pour and good people watching. TP crowd can kinda get a little uppity but the staff is usually always really nice. Food is so/so.

Is Clubhouse 66 open yet?

My kid works across the street at Bobbi Pins and goes in there a bit just to drink, says the bar was good. The guys that work at the sushi place on the corner are always sleeping in the alley behind the shop,
Wouldn’t even consider eating there.

The one that was in la Verne was great, then they opened the Glendora shop. Then the la Verne one closed up. I agree only been in the Glendora one a handful of times. The food sucked.

We should go check it out and see if it's any better. Maybe crazy can come too?
