So this is a new requirement or this is just one way to do it?

Building a launch ramp is easy. Finding a homeowners policy that will cover a house with one is another thing. Most will run from the exposure, because of slip and fall claims. Had one at another property and it became a problem.

We got the worst ramp around. I came up with a similar fix but concrete instead of pavers. Only good thing about our ramp is almost never a line to use it.

I just thought it would be pretty cool to have a nice paver layout instead of regular concrete.

I bet it would give better grip as well

As long as you aren't charging people to use your launch ramp then we wouldn't have a problem covering the risk.

Ours is dirt and gravel, I usually use my orchard tractor to launch, but friends do it in 4xs often.

Do you think you’d even need the aggregate in between the pavers? Seems to me you could lay them tight and let the water just run down to the lake/river.

That pic looks like the pavers would move. Our ramp they took out the slope and made it flat. Needs to be raised 2'.

Main thing is how well versed in luxury it would be!
