Has anyone on here had any luck using it as a ticket dismissal service?

Haven't had a ticket since I was 16!

Me pretending I'm in court - "Listen Judge Judy, It's a freeway entrance and my old girl with 240k on the clock needs a running start to catch up with the highway speeds." 😂

3/25 - Submitted to Ticket Ninja, will keep you guys updated.

In for others input. First speeding ticket of my life sitting on kitchen table. I didn’t slow down fast enough after passing some Sunday driver up on a NorCal backroad highway.

As someone who spends a significant amount of their existence in traffic court arguing against attorneys...I’ll tell you there’s nothing they do that you can’t do yourself.

They claim a huge percentage of wins, and they are largely due to a non appearance by the issuing officer (but they won’t tell you that). Depends on what result you’re after in my humble opinion.

Edit:

Don Johnson recently had some success in this area.... get his guys number. (Love ya Don!!)

According to Ticket Ninja:

You were cited for not stopping at a red light, before you made the right turn.

Based on the information you have provided to us, and based on attorney-approved material for contesting red light camera tickets, your Trial by Declaration should claim that the quality of your driver photo is not good enough for the ticket to have been issued in the first place. Please note that this is not the same as claiming that you were NOT the driver of the car.

Please see section 210 that legally requires all automatic enforcement systems to produce a "clear" photo of the driver, before a citation can be issued: http://codes.findlaw.com/ca/vehicle-code/veh-sect-210.html

Your driver photo is very fuzzy and grainy, and not much clear facial details can be seen.

Based on our past experience of similar cases, we would estimate your chance of winning at roughly 85% using this line of defense.

Please note that this is not, in any way a guarantee or promise that you will succeed. This is for educational purposes only and it is not intended as legal advice. We are not attorneys and we do not provide legal advice.

Going to pay the $99 bucks and give it a go.

You don't need to pay them $99. Just do the trial by declaration yourself

Living in Seattle that was always called a California stop growing up.
Grade school by my house, CA stopped, turning left, motor officer holds his arms out in a WTF motion.
Pull up next to him and he asked WTF? I answered while laughing, rolling the stop sign. He laughed and told him I'll pull over for the ticket. He laughed again and said see ya! Told him I was hooking up the boat and heading to river and he just made my trip.

FUG da Poleece!😁

Hate to admit it but, I’m a serial ticket collector. I dispute everyone of them and currently have a spotless driving record.

For years I had an awesome attorney that never lost however, he retired 3 years ago. Early last year I picked up a speeding ticket on McBean. No comment in a 50. They are using a new type of radar/laser that my dectector didn’t pick up. I have since replaced it with a 2nd gen Valentine. So far so good.

Before anyone gets hinkey about the speed, it was 4:30 in the Morning on my way to work, there was very little traffic and, I wasn’t the only one speeding.

Anyway, I found a new ticket service that guaranteed they would win or they would cover the fine. The fine was pretty close to $500 and their fee was $625.

They dragged it on for almost a year. I believe it was 3 changes of venue with extensions at each. They won it for me.

I will certainly use them again.

My Son paid an Attorney $125 for him to go to court. Cop didn't showed up. Case dismissed.

I fought this and he no showed. Still pissed me off he lied. Every person in front of me was a no show except for one that was TPD. It was at Torrance court so he probably got paid to walk across parking lot and show up.

I’m told that for most jurisdictions, officers are incouraged to show up and are even paid overtime if necessary. In my experience they do show up more than 50% of the time.

As an example, take the tickets that are given along the 40 traveling to Havasu. Even if you’re 80 plus miles in, the court is Barstow. Over the last 4 years, I know of 3 instances (including myself) where the officer showed up.

Such a weird deal, glad you asked.

I sent the trial by declaration in and never heard anything back. I called the court months later and they stated the case was dismissed. I told them I never received anything in the mail stating the case was dismissed, she stated I be patient.

It’s been over 2 years, no mail showing it was dismissed but I’m still in the clear as far as I’m concerned.

You can go online to the court find your case # and print it out on your computer for your peace of mind.
At least in San Bernardino you can.

Thanks for the heads up. I tried to look it up through the LA court system and it states “not found.”

Go figure. lol!

If Chp you can pretty much count on them to show.
