the correct answer to your question is a definite maybe... haha
A couple of side view pictures of the trailer tires/fenders will help significantly in peoples ability to assist you in your quest. Some dimensions of the gaps between the top and sides of the tires to fenders would help too but lets start with pix.

If the plan is to change from 13 to 14, the wheel material is irrelevant. New wheels will be required.
