Last Sunday we went to breakfast , my truck was on E so we tried the Upside app , It vectored us to the only Union 76 in Atascadero , after 32 gallons we proceded thru the app instuctions and waited .... @ the .50 cent per gallon the savings or rebate from upside was $15.00 (32 .5 gallons) ... So we wait and wait and finally contacted Upside with the WTF ??

The station you went to doesn't actually have an offer for the type of gas you purchased, which is what caused the issue. I know that this sounds very strange - no offer? But you claimed one! I know - it's a glitch in the app that we're currently trying to fix. I'm so sorry for the confusion. As long as you don't get that gas type at that station, this situation won't recur. Since there wasn't an existing offer for the gas type, we have no way to process the offer for that purchase. However, I've asked that you receive $0.01/gal of cash back for this offer in manual funds. You won't be notified once they hit your account, since they're manual, but you'll see your Upside balance change within three business days.
