Place to buy raw, for thanksgiving, to cook, thanks to that other thread that got me thinking I’d rather beef than turkey.

Food city uses Harris ranch beef

Smiths is always good for a meat! We usually get brisket at smiths or we bring it from Costco

safeway and Albertsons is the same- Vons

didn’t realize food city was Harris ranch

Bashas owns food city, but not sure if they sell the same cuts. Price wise between the two depends on who's having the sale.

I've never seen a "Prime" rib roast for sale here in the 24 years living here.

There are some great butcher shops in Henderson/Vegas that have Prime cuts of meat. LHC is going to be choice aka: Tough and chewy.
