I want to wire 2 sets of lights say A and B. On one side of the switch I want only set A on. On the other side of the switch I want both A+B on. How do I wire these together? Here is the back side of my switch

You bought the wrong switch, get another one just like it boom done! 2 switches for 2 lights!

or you need a switch - off on on

how is your switch wired right now ? Take a pic & post it

im guessing pin 3&6 are not being used on your current switch….

You need to either use a set of relays or a high current diode.

That type of switch has a pretty low current rating, so depending on what kind of load the lights are running 3 relays may be the better bet.

Nevermind.... See post 10 below

You know, on second thought if that is a DPDT switch this should work with no additional relays or anything.....

I was just about to post this. It's pretty common for a DPDT switch to operate the navigation and anchor lighting, separately and individually.

Looks just like a snowplow light switch to swap between original vehicle lights and plow frame lights. No relay needed.

Correct, and if you were using relays you would still only need 2 not 3.... I was thinking SPDT, Long day 🤣

It's time to grab a beer, go outside and sit on the patio, and enjoy tonight's sky show.

I’m an idiot and when we tested this I didn’t have the +12v jumped to both terminals so it didn’t work and we started down the relay route.

The whole time I’m thinking “How is this different than a 4 terminal DPDT then?”
