wtf? twin jets in this tiny boat?

Caught this pic in Bullhead the other day.

It looks like a 20' or maybe 21' foot hull, (might be a 19.5'ish) mini day cruiser with a "stabbin Cabin" had four small oval windows towards the bow.

Anyways, twin jets?

Any of you boat gurus know the manf.? Couldn't see a brand name on it.

Seems like a tight fit for twin v8's, but who am I to judge.
