Yeah, heard about that.

The early reports stated "Weather related injury while plowing snow". WTF! So in my medical mind "Weather related injury" would be hypothermia and that would be a "Weather related medical condition" not injury. Now mix the two "Injury while plowing snow" well that tells me there was some sort of physical injury (traumatic), that's either a freak accident or he did something stupid with a running snowblower or a snowplow ran him over.

Anyway I hope he makes a full recovery

"Hawkeye" star Jeremy Renner thanked well-wishers for their "kind words" in his first post to social media since his New Year's Day snow plowing accident.

Balaam said Renner was run over by his snowcat after the machine started to roll away when he was not in the driver’s seat. He was injured during an attempt to get back into the snowcat.

Renner had been using his snowcat to remove snow around his personal vehicle at the time of the accident, Balaam said.

Balaam added that authorities do not believe Renner was intoxicated during the incident and called it “a tragic accident.”
