Is that a 318 with 450’s? In a way it looks like it, but most 318’s I feel like don’t have those lines and are usually nose high in the water. I looked on Skater’s website and oddly enough they show an outboard 368 with the same exact seats.
28’ Skater…

i wondered about it being a 28, nope. I did some more digging. It was an old 32b with canopies and triple mercury 2.5’s! Wow that’s a serious resto-mod!

If you turn the volume up high when you play it you can really hear the engines, the boat flips and you hear the wind brush the water , then the concussion of the boat landing.

Dropped off the old 50hp Merc with @HST4ME for him to work his magic. I was +/- 2 hours away & get a video of it running great, has 150+ compression on all. He's gonna wake up the exhaust, throw a 15" mid on, etc.

Lots of cool pics on the thread! If you guys don't mind me messing up your thread with a performance question? Looking for feedback on what might be a good starting point for a prop for a 21ft skater with a 300 Pro XS four stroke?

I’ve run many blades, you might want to try a BBlades Blaster .I have a 300xs , not a 4 stroke. Brett will know what you need. Ask for Brett, tell him I sent you. Good dude. Reasonable pricing. Excellent knowledge and experience with high performance entrapment hulls. He has a rental program as well to allow you to test other props for a minimal fee.

Try every single prop u can get your hands on.
Write down all info including how it planes & accelerates etc, not just top #

Those Stokers were designed to run 2.5's as I'd guess you already know. Be careful taking it to anywhere near top speed with each prop. They can get some funky circle porpoise that will get your attention VERY quickly.
Enjoy your amazing new rig
