Bread Day became Bread Weekend

4 Sourdough Pizza doughs, Sourdough Loaf, and my daughter requested Jalapeño & Cheddar Sourdough. So I made a loaf, which became the practice loaf after HTTP404 couldn’t keep his hands off. After cutting the practice loaf, made a few adjustments and made a 2nd loaf. My last item was Flour Tortillas for Burritos.

Looks awesome. Makes me want to go wake up my starter but right now I’m doing a lite keto program.

You're killing me! My mouth is salivating, especially since I've just cut my carb intake back again ala @Rajobigguy . Been a bit diet lazy since my knee surgery

Tell me about it. My little weight loss adventure started with a bang. Lost 8lbs almost magically then someone resurrected this thread and just looking at the pics has stalled my progress.

I finally put those frozen blackberries from our vines last year to good use. My wife has been promising to make a blackberry cobbler for me for ages. She went out to a friend's the other night and I made my own dreams a reality.

Yeah, kind of sucks when the wife doesn’t come through and you have to handle the situation yourself.

Haven't posted in awhile but LBHSBZ told me I needed to update what I have made...so here it goes:
a Mocha loaf with cold brew coffee instead of water and chocolate chips added in, a lemonade blueberry loaf with lemonade instead of water with lemon zest and fresh blueberries tossed in, sandwich loaf, bacon cheddar sandwich loaf, pita bread, bacon cheddar jalapeno loaf, english muffins, garlic cheesy pull apart loaf, fluffy dinner rolls, and not pictured Chocolate chip cookies and brownies. I haven't heard LBHSBZ complain so I must be doing alright with the recipes

As much as I hate dealing with blackberry vines(bushes). I can't wait for berries to get done for this reason!!

I tend to do that with every new hobby lol. Today I am making a bratwurst, cheddar, beer loaf. Tomorrow I want to make a honey wheat and probably a plain flavor sandwich loaf.

I like the coffee and lemonade ideas.

It's fun and gives good flavor...just make sure your coffee is STRONG I used the stok brand with the green label and it wasn't nearly strong enough. Planning on using espresso next time

Bratwurst, extra sharp cheddar, and beer sourdough. Used beer instead of water, cooked and crumbled the brats and coated in flour, cubed the cheddar and laminated them into the dough. I'm not hearing any complaints from LBHSBZ or LBHSBZ jr
