Having lived in Elsinore for most of my life, I have always looked at those houses on the lake front and thought it would be cool to have one. Then you drive down Grand and get reminded of how bad it would be to live on Grand... LOL.
I really wish the city would figure out WTF is going on with the water this year. Lake was close due to algae from August to almost March. Now they have it open to boating but with "warning" of body contact. I have always defended our lake but damn, I won't be boating on it this year. Waisted my money on a season pass last year just to get a couple of lake days in. The city will lose a ton of revenue if they don't get this shit sorted out.

No offence but Lake Elsinore is a shit hole. That lake will never clean up. I've lived in the area my whole life (Canyon Lake) and its been bad forever. And the crime is horrific on the Grand Ave side of the lake. This area will never clean up due to the current population. I only go there to test a boat due to no speed limits.

2.3M is over the top to live in Lake Smell Some More. I'd buy a smaller house outside the area, (Canyon Lake, Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula) and invest in a river house to go where the real boating action is.

I doubt the type of customer who spends $300k plus on a new boat wants a free weekend in Lake Elsinore. That’s like a Ferrari dealer offering their customers a Taco Bell gift card with the purchase of a new car.

Maybe the customers of Bert’s Mega Mall would appreciate that opportunity! “Buy 1 Sea Doo and bring the whole family for the weekend! Full-size BBQ and a bounce house for the beach included!” Lol
