I don't recall that the previous owner was living in Monrovia. I had originally helped him buy the boat when he was stationed overseas.

I love seeing your boat because it gives me hope and leaves me thinking "Someday mine will hopefully look this pretty."

He is just getting ready to fire the newly rebuilt 565 cubic inch engine that I built for him. It has dry headers now so that we could go with a bit more camshaft.

Considering the ad says the stringers and kickboard have already been replaced, that may not be a bad deal for the right person. Offer a little less than the asking price and have a nice foundation for a sweet build.

I wish mine had a straight V-bottom like this one instead of a rounded keel.....
