Walked up Avalanche this morning, then took the 94 Mustang to Harbor Springs, The Tunnel

of Trees, Mackinaw City and Thumb Lake.

I have owned it since 1995. It’s a 94 with a Cobra kit. Fun car. Never has seen the winter. Hard to believe it is 30 years old.

I would like to take the Speedster thru the tunnel of trees, but we had 20 mph wind gusts today. The wind is not much fun in the Speedster.

Spent the first 43 years of my life in Mich beautiful state, loved the boating (Lake Huron Saginaw Bay, but damn those 9 months of winter, still get back in the summer when able.

A lot of thoughts of heading south for the winter in the future. That has always been the plan. After all this crazy weather, I’m good for now shoveling snow.

Flagstaff got an inch of snow. Pretty sure they are now done with the color change this year.

The best place I’ve seen color changes were along the east coast. It’s almost storybook in some areas with reds oranges and yellows.

The fall colors are incredible! Growing up in San Diego though there is no way I could deal with the winters.. I’d die first one. lol.

You can dress for the cold, you can’t dress for heat. LOL. The Florida people say you get use to the heat. Someday soon I will hide someplace warm for the winter. If you luv boating and water, this is the only place to be in the summer.

That’s ok, I sell trucks for a living. We can’t let them last forever. The plow truck I posted was a 2017. The aluminum body is helping improve that.

Spent a few hours picking up leaves this week. Had a couple hours of work to finish today. Our older neighbor has been on oxygen and fighting health problems. Ended up trimming her trees and cleaning up her leaves. Had a good 6 hour work out today. Feels good to help her out, dam my back hurts. LOL. She just lost her 56 year old daughter to cancer in September. She was showing me pictures as I was trimming the trees. Felt good to help her out.

Almost December and the grass is still green. I’m sure we will pay for it.

LOL, I videoed my neighbor mowing his lawn last week. Just to give him chit. It won’t beat the neighbor on the lake side of me. He was mowing his lawn in December last year. Step away from the mower and do it in the spring.

Today in the Great White North. A wake boarder on Walloon Lake. A dock company that left their work boat in to long. They have all the trucks strapped together to get it out of the water. And Boyne Mt opened Sunday.

There was 3-4 guys here Saturday on boards on the river, it was 27 degrees. They do it every year.

And poof, it’s winter again. A couple feet of snow for all the snow lovers. I had to wait for a bicycle to go by well I was plowing this morning. That was a little odd.

We lost all of our snow last night. Rain and 50’s temperatures.

We held a coverage for Christmas. But green grass by Sunday. More snow coming. The bars got a week of snowmobile business.
