Well, he spent less than a year locked up in Cali, and my guess would be at a country club. Then went to Hawaii with the same patern. My guess would be if he tried that stuff in Nebraska...or even Chicago...the outcome wouldn't have been jail time.

Not sure how to type the proper pronunciation but it is not as she said it. “Ha La Va” is the proper way to say the neighborhood. Is is also the main jail on the islands. HCCC or “H triple C”
