Very apologetic , proactive to say the least someone named Mike , called to apologize profusely (spoke to my wife) cant say enough about their customer service Note the package had some additional tape we theorize it and others somewhere along the line broke open , some well meaning UPS guy thought he was "doing the right thing" All good , we thought it was hysterical
