25yrs ago when I was working for AMR Ambulance I was working in Carson, my partner was a girl I went to EMT school with. One day we were carrying a large 350-375 pound black woman out of an apartment on a sheet with help from the fire department when a chicken bone fell out of a fat roll with a little bit of decaying meet still on it it's the only time I almost threw up, like really, really close
