BTW: How is my old place on Miller Rd in VC looking nowadays? They ever get that traffic undercontrol?

That would depend on which place it is. Actually, all the houses on Miller are unaffected but the construction, well except trying to get on to VC Road.

They have the road tore up something bad. I'll snap a few pics next week and post them up. We're getting 4 lanes with a center and all. We're going big time. Rumor is a CVS or Walgreens and a Starbucks is going on the corner of Woods Valley and VC Road. :fsakes

LOL....that rumor has been around since I moved in 20 years ago..... My place was 29458.... Sits up on the hill looking back into VC (SE) 6400sf... pool out front.... hard to miss.... grey stucco.... anyways.... I do think the "Vons" store chain owners own all that land....
