Just wondering why they are using wood instead of all the new composites that will last forever?
Read post #14-15 I noted materials used no Balsa. Divinycell Coring, Kevlar Structural Laminate And Okume Plywood Transom and Bulkheads Fully Glassed. I have had other boats with composite transoms fail.Interested to hear that answer, but last I looked at the numbers balsa wood still has the best numbers.

Twister is a small company only building 3 Boats a year. They are a bit old school but probably learned what works on the race course.
I Would not want the boat any lighter and the good thing is you could have a dance part on the deck.
Thanks I am more than happy with the results.Soooo badass!! Whats the happy cruise mph? Does it have a porpoise range?
Thanks Beav !! Lets take her for a rip Enduro Weekend. See you up in Buena Vista early Saturday.Hell yeah Craig! That thing is Sick!!!
How is the project coming along. Post some photos!!I'm getting there, thanks to you. After alot of shitty hours with modification, repairs and old shortcuts, i'm going to gelcoat spray it this week. I needed the inspiration from you'r boat. I got in love the first time someone showed me the picture on the trialer with a big roof and long sidewindows, i know you was into something smart there. One day my boat would look something like that.
The other boats, is just my job from 8am to 4pm these days. The Twister is 4pm 9-10pm every day these days
1,800.00 for the exposed Carbon. Joe Abellero Ordered it for me.Great thread!
How much are the Canadian alien cowlings for the 300 XS?
I can get more of those, to that price. As you can see, have so many of them that they just are stashed everywhere. Thanks, guys!
Quite a difference in price...
Yes Hill is making some top Quality props these days and will customize to each set up. 34 Cleaver, 32 Cut Performer and 32 Eagle. Chad was nice enough to build these to test!!.Daaaamn so the Hill cleavers are good on the twisters. Have you tryed hydromotive's ? All the 3c guys use them alot.
I have seen the Hill cleavers to good prices, so are curious about them
Give Kyle a call. He can answer your questions. How do you get in touch with the builder? That's such a great looking hull, I would love to build one.

I did order a 32 Intimidator Quad 4 Large Short Barrel Cleaver Blade Hydromotive from Todd the Owner. He did say the Class C guys run a 28 Rough water 30 Smooth with the 200Xs.

Glad to hear you were able to find A Hill Cleaver. The 4 blade seams to work better on 2 strokes less torque.28-32 are they using, but they have all been at andvik propellers or winrace propellers for some love and massage
I was curious after you posted about ronhill's, so today i bought one today, a 14.5x30 5 blade. Got it to a good price, so couldnt say no
Cancer Sucks!!Boy am I confused....you put your heart into this build, now you are selling?
