On that gate it was right around $900.00 ,That was powder coated which upped the price right around $150.00. If you are looking for a gate with privacy we have been making alot of gates with timbertech that look similar to pic below.

I need a one piece 10 foot driveway gate and opener. I can have electrical ready, is it 110 or 220? I want a wood facia boards and will do that part but its 2 gates right now and no opener and sags so a metal frame would be great. I live in Glendale, CA.

This was a start and finish today for Canyon Lake HOA.
Anything Painted by us is always hand rolled. We only spray hard to reach spots.

As for the ring roller Jansen and mitler ros. make nice manual rollers for around 1000-1500 we use a bailiegh in house and jansen in the feild.

Pulled the trigger on a used Baileigh R-M30 in what appears to be great condition, going to pick it up tomorrow in Upland, came with about 10 sets of dies. Several sizes for round tubing and a few sizes for flat material. :thumbsup

I have a lot of bitchin ideas of things to make, pretty excited :D

What is your experience with the manual Baileigh unit? Have you used it much? Currently shopping for one. Boss said just buy what you want, but I'm a cheap ass and wanted to buy the manual unit from SWAG Offroad. He sent me a link to the hydraulic units from Baileigh, which start at $10k, which is ridiculous for how little this unit will get used. Primarily will only roll flat bar the easy way for backing bars and filler bars for large diameter pipe work. In 5 years here, we've built 1 gate with a rolled top tube and the customer brought us the rolled tube. We are too expensive to be building ornamental stuff.

I actually sold the roller about 6 or 7 years ago as my business went in a direction of more machining and less fabricating, the roller was sitting and a friend of a friend wanted to buy it.

You do not want a manual machine, you will break your back rolling as you have to run it back and forth several times. This power unit i had was not hydraulic, it was their gear drive model, it worked very well. The tension wheel was manual but the rollers were powered.
