Boat Storage in Needls Area

Anyone have any suggestions for boat storage in the needles area? Looking for a 30' spot. Also how much should I expect to pay? Thanks

I keep my boat there. We have a 30' unit and I believe we pay less than $150/mo

There's a few in Needles. Spikes is nice as its right off the freeway so going to Havasu or going to Laughlin or Bullhead you don't do any backtracking.

Now if you primarily boat in Havasu then look there as less towing and you won't have to go through inspection on your way to storage.

30 foot in Needles is probably 130 ish and it's 200 in Havasu.
Mine in Havasu should be available within a month or two but you probably need it sooner.

Talked to a guy today and it was either desert palms or desert oasis
They do a lot of extra stuff and also have a cleaning area and ice machine
His rent was 130 month for year round storage discount

They went back on there word. We had been paying 6 months up front because it was cheaper that way. We told them we were looking for a house and asked what would happen if we left early. They said give a 30 day notice we would lose that month and they would refund the rest. Well last month we told them we got the house and no longer needed the unit. Was told 3 different things by 3 different people. The outcome was I just have to eat it and I have an empty unit till aug. Just seems a little shady to me but whatever

Yep that's crap. Need things in writing sometimes. Even so if they find someone to rent it then they should let you go.

I told them I would find someone to take over but they weren't really having it. My fault for not getting a contract though. Other than that the facility is need I just kind of feel jip'd a couple hundred bux

How big is said empty unit lol? May like to stab my boat out there for the season and if it's empty I rather give you the money to make you whole

Keypad didn't work for me Tuesday. Went in and they told me I hadn't paid. I paid six months in advance which they won't refund. They got a piece of my mind and I'm supposed to be getting a call Monday. Marge was out.

I keep mine at Oasis too, only because i can't find a 40' unit anywhere in Havasu....$185/mo. Nice facility, very secure and well lit at night.

Just a heads up on Oasis, their 30 foot units aren't really 30 feet. They are 29 feet 2 inches. I was stuck paying for a 35 foot unit because my 26 foot boat with trailer tongue would not fit in a 30 foot unit. I was 29 feet 3 inches. I told them it was false advertising and they told me pay for a 35 foot unit or go somewhere else.
